    Sounds like it will be sufficient :smile:

    Community - we need you in Poland in September! I've tried to gather talk proposals early, but it seems harder than it was in my imagination :) I would like to invite you to share your talk ideas with us (and invite you in general to Poland!). Link to the form and general info + event's history is visible on our landing page: https://umbracofestival.pl
    Help us!

    Just noticed the new Cookie Consent prompt on Our ... I'm not too sure what the different between the "Got it!" and "Allow cookies" buttons are? (of course, I'm okay with cookies on Our), only it feels strange UX
    Sebastiaan Janssen
    @nul800sebastiaan
    I can update the text, "got it" means.. "I read it".. And "allow" obviously allows cookies (and only then Google Analytics / Tag Manager gets added)
    Owain Williams
    @OwainWilliams
    Does "I read it" mean no cookies are set?
    Lee Kelleher
    @leekelleher
    ok cool. So if I dismiss ("got it"), does that remove ALL cookies? e.g. persistent login?
    Sebastiaan Janssen
    @nul800sebastiaan
    indeed
    sorry hang on, you're both typing too fast ;)

    Does "I read it" mean no cookies are set?

    You will no longer be getting GA scripts added to the page, the cookies are still there, good point, I can see if we can delete them for existing users

    So if I dismiss ("got it"), does that remove ALL cookies? e.g. persistent login?

    No cookie deleting at the moment, good point.
    Persistent login is considered "essential" cookies and AFAIK we don't need consent for that.

    Lee Kelleher
    @leekelleher
    ok cool, thanks Seb. I've allowed them - just wasn't clear about the difference. :+1:
    Sebastiaan Janssen
    @nul800sebastiaan
    blob

    Better? :-)

    I can clarify in the privacy policy later as well

    I'll chat internally about wording, "no" cookies is also a bit misleading.. just don't want to cram too much info in there
    Lee Kelleher
    @leekelleher
    Cool for me. I'm wondering whether saying "no tracking" is more accurate? (unless if the dismiss covers other cookies) ... anyway, I'm happy for the clarification :+1:
    Sebastiaan Janssen
    @nul800sebastiaan
    Thanks Lee, that sounds good, that is more accurate!
    Owain Williams
    @OwainWilliams
    Is there somewhere on the forum for postsing job adverts for umbraco devs?
    Sebastiaan Janssen
    @nul800sebastiaan
    We tried having it on Our, it immediately became spammy and was overrun with recruiters. I guess Twitter is your best bet.
    Owain Williams
    @OwainWilliams
    Cheers @nul800sebastiaan - Good to know.

    I keep seeing spam tweets about cheap umbraco hosting
    namely @MarioGere2 and @rajanivijaya I just reported their accounts if anyone else would like to do the same
    Damiaan

    Hi! anyone knows a place to take a full Umbraco course? Near Central America, US, or Mexico?
    Sebastiaan Janssen
    @nul800sebastiaan
    @joelpreyes_twitter If you're quick you can still go tomorrow/day after tomorrow :-O
    https://umbraco.com/training/book-courses/
    Nothing else planned in that area at the moment though, but there's some online offerings later this year.
    Stephen Roberts
    @steroberts89
    Query, does anyone know where the Gold Academy is this year?
    just trying to get my stuff planned
    Sebastiaan Janssen
    @nul800sebastiaan
    at HQ
    Stephen Roberts
    @steroberts89
    oh sweet, are you doing it?
    Sebastiaan Janssen
    @nul800sebastiaan
    Neh, it's the suits - I stay away from them ;-) (j/k!)
    Stephen Roberts
    @steroberts89
    the suits are doing "Extending the Backoffice"?
    this should be exciting :p
    (I assume you thought i meant the Gold Partner Summit)
    Sebastiaan Janssen
    @nul800sebastiaan
    aaah okay, I'll be quiet now... ;-) Clearly I have no idea what's going on. You should edmail someone about it! ;-)

    @eschneider999
    I want to clone the cloud, but already went down the road with starter kit
    Sebastiaan Janssen
    @nul800sebastiaan
    @eschneider999 Make sure to ask your question on the forums at https://our.umbraco.org - describe what you've done and tried, what you're having problems with and how you're stuck.
    eschneider999
    @eschneider999
    How do I find the clone URL?
    Sebastiaan Janssen
    @nul800sebastiaan
    @eschneider999 I'm afraid you're in the wrong place to ask for Umbraco Cloud support. Make sure to ask your question on the forums at https://our.umbraco.org - describe what you've done and tried, what you're having problems with and how you're stuck.
    eschneider999
    @eschneider999
    can't you people help me? what's the problem?
    Sebastiaan Janssen
    @nul800sebastiaan
    Simply that we want to keep this channel on topic, it's not a help channel, that's what the forum is for. I see you've posted your question on the forum, I'm sure some helpful people will get back to you with an answer soon! :-)
    srinivas34
    @srinivas34
    I downloaded umbraco code form website, i am trying to build the Code but its throwing build Errors. do i need to update all dlls form any ware... help me
    Sebastiaan Janssen
    @nul800sebastiaan
    @srinivas34 Hi! Sorry for the late reply. It seems like you're trying to build Umbraco from source. This is never necessary unless you're trying to contribute to the source code. Make sure to leave a post on the forum at https://our.umbraco.org describing what you're trying to do and why.
    eschneider999
    @eschneider999
    where can I find packages that out tested and known to work on the Umbraco cloud?
    Sebastiaan Janssen
    @nul800sebastiaan
    @eschneider999 While not an exhaustive list, this is a start: https://our.umbraco.org/projects/?category=uaas
    Dave Woestenborghs
    @dawoe21_twitter
    hi sebastiaan, maybe this list is not exhausive, because community members can check this like they can do with version support
    i know all of my packages work on cloud...but only one is marked that it works on cloud
    Sebastiaan Janssen
    @nul800sebastiaan
    For now this is on purpose as we want to test that they actually work, including deploying between environments. Feel free to chat to support in the s1.umbraco.io portal and ask for approval of the other packages!
    Dave Woestenborghs
    @dawoe21_twitter
    so that is the official way ? to have them tested ?
