    I am unable to connect because I cannot find the IP adress, I am however inclined to blame it on the local network administration. They blocked Usegalaxy.eu and I blamed them for the SSL problems with Android =).

    They removed the block as soon as I requested it. Its an extremely efficient unit both with IT and research, I absolutely love it here even if I think they are a bit too restrictive with baseline IT-security.

    @bgruening I do not expect any issues with subdomains, it was just the apex, usegalaxy.eu due to not re-building certificate chain + restarting server.

    @bgruening the proxy server now has a wildcard certificate for *.usegalaxy.eu
    which will make subdomain plans easier in the future.

    So right now we got @nsoranzo and @pvanheus in Nairobi working with Galaxy, me in the Gambia and Simon Gladman is Tweeting about Galaxy Austrialia working in Sri Lanka. the Galaxy footprint is expanding rapidly in LMICs =).

    The issue I face is not because of the sra-tools version. Using the same version and input the download succeeds on usegalaxy.org
