Hy guys. Can anyone please help. I encountered an issue with my RNAseq data analysis. - I run Trinity tool on Galaxy Europe (tool ID toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/iuc/trinity/trinity/2.9.1+galaxy2). - For the input RNAseq data, I used a collection of 16 paired datasets (each dataset is a pair of forward and reverse sequences previously trimmed with the Trimmomatic tool, also In Galaxy). - After submitting the starting analysis 2 jobs were created (Gene to transcript map & Assembled transcripts) - All the time both jobs had a yellow flag and after 4 weeks of running the analysis I received this error with my job becoming red flagged: "An error occurred while running the tool toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/iuc/trinity/trinity/2.9.1+galaxy2 "
@bgruening:matrix.org I just submittedthe error report bia bug button
@bgruening:matrix.org The report has ben sent for the job/item "Transcript maps" but the error also occured on "Assembled Transcripts" job/item since the both items were created after running the Trinity tool. Let me know if you need the bug report for the "Assembled Transcripts" item to be sent as well.
The scrolling in the history does not work in the beta update but works in the legacy history panel so I've switched back for now. Thanks.
Hi there. My data upload job doesn't run. How can I fix this problem?
Are we experiencing downtime now? How long does it take?
Thank you and waiting for your feedback.
Hi, any idea how long will the current down time be for?
@bgruening:matrix.org any update on my bug report for Trinity?

Hi @LadushkaY_twitter . I see you encounter issues with RNAseq analysis. You mentionned 4 weeks of running jobs? Seems to be quite big... Do you think this is "normal" (ie, you have big input files ?) or maybe not and maybe "just" trying rerunning the jobs can be ok ? If you have big files, maybe it can be of interest to look at reducing it but not sure this is relevant / possible
