@ushbot
Dec 08 2016 14:30 UTC
[David Losada, Ushahidi] look at the ‘sass’ folder in platform-client
[David Losada, Ushahidi] I think you can add your overriding rules there
Arturo
@ArturoQuintana
Dec 08 2016 14:30 UTC

Ushbot
@ushbot
Dec 08 2016 14:31 UTC
[David Losada, Ushahidi] could create a file named i.e. overrides/_arturo.scss and then add an @import statement at the bottom of vendor.scss
Arturo
@ArturoQuintana
Dec 08 2016 14:32 UTC
ok
Ushbot
@ushbot
Dec 08 2016 14:32 UTC
[David Losada, Ushahidi] this shouldn’t be very problematic with updates causing merge conflicts etc, I think

Ushbot
@ushbot
Dec 08 2016 14:33 UTC
[David Losada, Ushahidi] even if your file is named overrides/_arturo.scss

Arturo
@ArturoQuintana
Dec 08 2016 14:54 UTC

Ushbot
@ushbot
Dec 08 2016 14:56 UTC
[David Losada, Ushahidi] mm did it copy it to the generated file? I think it would be vendor.*.css
Arturo
@ArturoQuintana
Dec 08 2016 14:56 UTC
Must I rebuild something?
Ushbot
@ushbot
Dec 08 2016 14:57 UTC
[David Losada, Ushahidi] ah yes, you’ve got to run the gulp command again

Dec 08 2016 15:04 UTC
[David Losada, Ushahidi] mmm it looks like something to do with the specifics of the rules , what does that rule look like?
Arturo
@ArturoQuintana
Dec 08 2016 15:05 UTC

.leaflet-container a {color: #0078a8;text-decoration: underline;}

.leaflet-container a:hover {color: #FF0000;text-decoration: underline;}

in the first one, the color it is not overwritten

@import "overrides/modal";
@import "overrides/charts";
@import "overrides/doorbell";
@import "overrides/intercom";
