[Invoq John Majone] Hi all, I see a couple of implementations talking about using the IOS and android app with version 3.x.x. I was under the impression, from the docs, that the android and IOS apps are no longer supported and were only supported for version 2

[Invoq John Majone] As a result, I had to discard my version 3.x.x installation and install version 2.x.x just so we could integrate with the mobile apps. However, I can't seem to migrate the android app into android studio, as Eclipse is deprecated for android development. Pls is it there now an android app available for version 3+? If so, does anyone know how I could import the Ushahidi_Android into android studio?
[Invoq John Majone] Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

[Angela Oduor Lungati, Ushahidi] Hey Sacchin Rammoorthy. Yes, you can use this room for google code in questions
[Angela Oduor Lungati, Ushahidi] Hi invoq, I sincerely apologize for all the issues you’re having
[Angela Oduor Lungati, Ushahidi] The android app on the App Store is compatible with Ushahidi v3, however the source code is not available

[Invoq John Majone] ok... So pls is the android app on app store just for deployments that ushahidi hosts then? And is the source code going to be available at some point or not? Thanks...

[Angela Oduor Lungati, Ushahidi] The app should also be compatible with self hosted deployments. You should be able to add the URLs to it, for v3 ones.

We’re working on a few issues that had us remove the source code online and will let you know when it’s back up
