I think wallabag cannot write to the log file. Could you check permissions?

I've just finished to develop an ansible role and playbook that offer to install Wallabag. I'm trying to follow the best practices of ansible playbooks and to make each task idempotent. I have a problem with a task that is changing the default password of the default user already created (user: wallabag, password: wallabag). This task is indeed idempotent, but is always reported as changed.

I'm trying to find a solution to avoid this task to be reported as changed each time. The only way I can imagine is to delete this default user. Is it possible to delete this default wallabag user, as it is an admin user? And by the way, I can't find any way to delete a user using the default console commands.

Hello
It seems there is a missed feature on the self-hosted version. I see the site credential feature on the official site but not on my server.
Am I right?

@starsareintherose When you try to import stuff into Wallabag, it has to write the file to a temporary directory. In your case that temp directory is /usr/share/webapps/wallabag/web/uploads/import
If you're running Wallabag under Apache, Apache has to be able to write to that directory. The way to make that happen is to chown /usr/share/webapps/wallabag/web/uploads/import to the Apache user (apache:apache or httpd:httpd, whatever it is on your server). ps aux | grep [h]ttpd or ps aux | grep [a]pache will tell you which it needs to be.
If you're running Nginx + PHP-FPM, /usr/share/webapps/wallabag/web/uploads/import has to be owned by the PHP-FPM user. ps aux | grep [p]hp will tell you what user that has to be.
Then, just do a sudo chown -R <whoever it has to be> /usr/share/webapps/wallabag/web/uploads/import and try importing again.

@starsareintherose
Actually, it belongs the http, which is the php-fpm user.

Hey 👋
I have troubles with some sites where they use Cloudflare's captcha test. If I try to save an article then the only thing I get is the captcha check. I'm self-hosting so I've been wondering if there are ways to make it "trustworthy" enough to not get funnelled into that check

Hi All, i am having trouble connecting wallabag to postgresql database can someone offer guidance. i am installing in k3s using ranchers UI to configure. This is my yaml https://pastebin.com/3JyCNXRm.
the log shows this error TASK [postgresql db] bin dev entrypoint.sh etc home lib media mnt opt proc root run sbin srv sys tmp usr var An exception occurred during task execution. To see the full traceback, use -vvv. The error was: psycopg2.OperationalError: fe_sendauth: no password supplied fatal: [localhost]: FAILED! => {"changed": false, "msg": "unable to connect to database: fe_sendauth: no password
I dont understand why as im passing the password into the container

Not on rancher, just normal docker, but I also have POSTGRES_USER and POSTGRES_PASSWORD environment variables
