    You can check the BTC-WEB pair on https://stocks.exchange/trade/WEB/BTC @nhiroD and most antivirus detect miners as virus, it's a known issue on the community. If you've followed the steps here https://webchain.network/start you can be sure it's the right miner.

    @albertodelgadog Yes, I looked at it briefly and it looked like there was a small fee to even get the coin listed to be voted on. If listed on the vote, we'd have to find the support from people to actually make the vote and become listed.

    It is recommended that the official team learn, XRP coins, marketing promotion is the key, if the market is not good, it is easy to be eliminated. A large number of mine owners will leave.

    The price of the coin is already dropping to a point where most exchanges aren't going to take it seriously. Something will need to change to show the coin has some validity so they will want to list it on their exchanges.

    No, I am not. @albertodelgadog is though and I know he watches the thread. I do know that it is going to be (if not already) mineable through web pages that are using Coinimp but my fear is that with the additional mining from that the price will just be driven down even further unless it is shown to have real value.

    @sun83601578_twitter Unfortunately I agree. Unless something is done fairly soon to increase interest in it it won't be long till it's not exonomical to mine because it will have no value and it won't get listed on any major exchanges because the price will be too low.

It's not a matter of having or not a marketing strategy, we do have it. We're going as it is planned and shown on the roadmap... 3rd quarter mentions new ways to promote the project using the Javascript mining service where the coin will be added, where recognition of the coin is expected to grow. Our organic efforts are being executed (SEO, forums, waiting for applications to be listed on exchanges). We want you to stay and also want you to help in as much as you can to spread the word.

    We just released a new wallet version, no big changes on the visual side, but we changed some internal stuff. Everything should work smoothly but if you cannot see your WEB accounts after upgrading, simply reinstall the old version - export all your accounts, then install the new update and import them.     Webchain was added to CoinIMP, it's been tested and it's fully working.
    -People are already withdrawing WEB from their CoinIMP wallets.
    -We set payout to 100% so every mined WEB goes to your wallet (minus orphan blocks rate, since webchain has it higher than monero).
    -Webchain withdraw threshold is much lower that the threshold for Monero.
    -No marketing actions have been done yet with our users because we are still working on changing the main page to have coinimp.com look like an advertisement site for WEB.
    -The marketing campaign to inform our that WEB can be mined via CoinIMP should be started later this month.
    The team keeps working on other projects related to WEB that should be revealed soon.
