Hey everyone! Why did my styles break when I put bootstrap in webpack? Even though my console doesn't put any errors.
I had the same problem in 2 several projects.

I realized that I got a bundle.css file with unminify bootstrap, but in my link href="content/bootstrap/bootstrap.min.css" rel="stylesheet" the code was minified. Won't it have something to do with that?

Hi. I created a new app with ng new app . There is no port mentioned in webpack.config.js.How to find the port number?

npm install and then npm start

you need to create a server who serves the app

it calls neg serve
angular cli installs webpack in the node modules
Docs say right there "By default, go to localhost:8080/ to launch your app"
If you are using webpack-dev-server

Then you need to provide the tool and docs of what you are using. If it’s default Webpack that’s the default port.

No, you need to provide a repo
You can just plug the answers code into your npm start value

yes i know but when you create a new app from ng new newApp it doesn't have webpack.config.js , so there is no port number
but in Readme.md it mentions the port number is 4200
not 8080.

If we are looking at the right thing, that runs perfectly fine

That is right. Why it is 4200? and where is the port defined?
I couldn't see it anywhere.

protractor.conf.js
baseUrl: 'http://localhost:4200/',

Well that’s the only reference and seems like it pertains to Angular CLI not Webpack

Np, it’s weird that it’s not stated anywhere but you’ll probably have better luck on their channel

@chanchan73_twitter Just a thought it could just being getting installed when you are running the global installation of the tool. That’s why it’s not in your project directory
