@astalick

sounds good

so next steps, bring wellington-bin into github.com/wellington/ and modify grunt-wellington's package.json to depend on it

I don't mind pointing to linux binaries on github for the time being
that gets us working, but its your opensource project -- I don't want to have to hassle you too much
Drew Wells
@drewwells
what is wellington-bin?
astalick
@astalick
wellington-bin is a package i wrote based on a few of the img processing programs
basically its a little wrapper that will go download your binary for you and expose it to grunt-wellington
and optionally compile it from source, though i didnt implement that
Drew Wells
@drewwells
ahh cool
yeah, luke has full rights to grunt-wellington. I'll add you as well so you can merge his changes in
invite sent
astalick
@astalick
is there an auto-generated circleCI link for archives built from wellington/master?
Drew Wells
@drewwells
there doesn't appear to be. After I ship another release, you'll be able to link to github instead
I need a new gourdough's donut to name the next release after https://github.com/wellington/wellington/releases
whenever you get wellington-bin setup, I can help write something that will compile on any OS
astalick
@astalick
wellington-bin is up and running, though it could stand to be smoother
if you want to move it under the larger wellington project i can commit to it there
or that can wait
i gotta figure out how to squash the pngquant-bin history out of it
Drew Wells
@drewwells
heh
this is the non-fancy way to do it
astalick
@astalick
looks good
Drew Wells
@drewwells
created wellington/wellington-bin and you have access to push to it
@astalick great work on this!

@astalick

just PR anything you want to do to wellington repo. I'm super busy with work this week so won't have much time to work on that myself
astalick
@astalick

@lzilioli reminded me of this blocking bug with sass errors
wellington/wellington#85
it logs that there was an error, but exists with "success" so the build continues along
I suspect this is a go-libsass issue, but I filed it under wellington because it shows up with wt
astalick
@astalick
well, i done fixed it m'self
PR #86 seems to do it

@pierceray
Looks like we’ve got a working Wellington build on the RetailMeNot test servers.

@drewwells
wellington 1.0.1 is released, fixes some annoying bugs like the broken watcher
