<TomieKawakami> bare with it.. ucan use it for prototypes
<TomieKawakami> before you write actual c++ version of it
x64dbgbot
@x64dbgbot
<mrexodia> C# is far superior to python imo
<TomieKawakami> ^
<TomieKawakami> i dint realize xD zehmatt is the guy on the zydis

<ishitatsuyuki> how do I select X bytes from the current dump cursor?
<ishitatsuyuki> I want to dump a buffer at (ADDR, LEN)
<ishitatsuyuki> and I know that using the binary->save to file I can dump the selected region but the region is too long to select by mouse
<EvilSapphire> Savedata
<ishitatsuyuki> ah, ok

@x64dbgbot
<mrexodia> https://github.com/mrexodia/ExtendDumpSel (re @ishitatsuyuki: how do I select X bytes from the current dump cursor?)
<mrexodia> I made a plugin just for that
<mrexodia> but yeah, for saving the data it'll be easier to use the command directly
x64dbgbot
@x64dbgbot
<ali56s> have u compiled? (re @mrexodia: but yeah, for saving the data it'll be easier to use the command directly)
<mrexodia> No, you can compile it yourself
<ali56s> i have not compiler in my pc
x64dbgbot
@x64dbgbot
<lpcvoid> That is pretty unfortunate

<morsisko> i've made something similar but with gui https://github.com/morsisko/xSelectBlock
<morsisko> ah this gif doesn't play on discord
x64dbgbot
@x64dbgbot
<mrexodia> working fine on the telegram
<mrexodia> but looks based!

<mrexodia> https://github.com/mrexodia/TitanHide/blob/master/.github/workflows/build.yml (re @x64dbg_bot: <morsisko> i've made something similar but with gui https://github.com/morsisko/xSelectBlock)
<mrexodia> if you want paste for auto build and release on tag push
<mrexodia> might wanna change the -${{ github.sha }} with -${{ github.ref_name }} for the Compress and Release steps
<morsisko> but how it will be build then?
<morsisko> the github actions automatically fetches it?
x64dbgbot
@x64dbgbot
<mrexodia> yes
<mrexodia> whenever you push or pull_request
x64dbgbot
@x64dbgbot
<morsisko> nice will look into it
<SunBeam> @mrexodia here's another instance of what I was talking about a while ago
<SunBeam> the next string line under "CAPI_Weapon" would be a string reference
<SunBeam> that's how it's represented 😄
<mrexodia> Yeah the new string algorithm sucks
<SunBeam> yeah
<SunBeam> if and when you decide to update it (or add a switch?), please bump me? 😄 thanks
x64dbgbot
@x64dbgbot
<mrexodia> I'm not working on it right now
<mrexodia> but yeah it could definitely use some work
<mrexodia> probably the 'easiest' is to revert to the old algorithm for non-special codepages (russian and chinese)
<SunBeam> maybe a toggle?
<SunBeam> invisible flag, I don't mind (.ini) -- I mean it doesn't have to be in the GUI/menus
x64dbgbot
@x64dbgbot
<mrexodia> yes, but im not working on it
<mrexodia> PRs welcome of course
