hello there , Im trying to build the ionic android app "ionic cordova run android --device", I have added graddle in project, jdk/android-sdk path in bashrSet file , Installed cordova packages , tried almost all related links of stackoveflow related to my error although result is same , I am unable to build apk

Hello please help me some one.
I started getting this problem in my all ionic projects when I build android apk. All projects were working 2 days ago, now it started coming in all project.

What went wrong:
A problem occurred configuring root project 'android'.
Could not find play-services-auth-base-license.aar (com.google.android.gms:play-services-auth-base-license:11.8.0).
Searched in the following locations:
