New feature released that lets you export only collection you specify with a regular expression. This is useful for exporting only parts of your collection to colleagues.

New release (0.3.0) has just been cut. See https://github.com/plandes/zotsite/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md for features

@HughP
Greetings, I have multible Zotero Libraries. I switch between them with the -P flag. How do I make Zotsite connect to the correct library. Note: these are not collections. See this in the documentation: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/multiple_profiles
Paul Landes
@plandes
You can set the library in the zosite.conf file. It's the data_dir parameter.
Of course that only works if the two profiles are separated on the file system (I don't know anything about profiles).
Paul Landes
@plandes
So according to the documentation (Zotero) it looks like it does separate it by directory. So what I originally mentioned should answer your question. Let me know if it doesn't. Hope this is helpful.

@HughP did this solve your problem? If so, will you please close the issue on GitHub?

how to search string in directory name?
such as there are diretory:
  • abc
    -- edf
  • mn
I want to search "edf"
Paul Landes
@plandes
By "directory name", I assume you mean the subcollection. When you start tying the sub collection name, it highlights in red.
Cassiel-girl
@Cassiel-girl
@plandes When you start tying the sub collection name, it doesn't highlight in red. could you say it carefully?
Paul Landes
@plandes
Hi Cassiel. When you start typing in the search box, the "directory" structure (really subcollection structure) should become visible. Then the subcollections should highlight (change color) to red. The same happens for papers.

@plandes
@Cassiel-girl I think you might be asking a question about Zotero, not zotsite (https://github.com/plandes/zotsite), for which this gitter channel is for.
Cassiel-girl
@Cassiel-girl
@plandes yes
but when I use zotsite -c /Users/xxx/zotero/zotero.sqlite export ./zot
File "/usr/local/Cellar/python/3.7.4/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.7/lib/python3.7/codecs.py", line 322, in decode
(result, consumed) = self._buffer_decode(data, self.errors, final)
UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xa0 in position 27: invalid start byte
there are some Chinese language files in my Zotero.
