Hi. The server mode is great. How about adding configurable region support, similar to the dropdown used for providers? And defaulting the locale settings to the accept language header, which can be defaulted to the default locale in case the locale information is not found in the headers.

Like it a lot, as right now I only read the LANG env var for locale data
Really should look at the header and do that for the web portion as well
Thanks for the commit p-v. I added a mutex to guarantee the SetClientLocale and BuildURI are always in sync. Otherwise there was a small race condition. Might want to check out zquestz/s@5b603b6
